Milan Strbac, who spent five years working at Sydney favourite Longrain, brings his signature Southeast-Asian flavours from the Eastern Suburbs to the North Shore via Eat Street along Birdwood Lane at The Canopy.
Sugarlane will transport your tastebuds straight to Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Cambodia. Expect the menu to feature the best of the land and the sea with seafood dishes such as Atlantic Salmon Ceviche and Hiramasa Kingfish expected to be popular. Other favourites will include Strbac’s signature Wagyu Beef Rendang Curry and Roti with Curry Sauce.
